We assist in managing day-to-day finance, accounts, and treasury operations. We work as an extended arm of the Finance function towards month-end closing, reporting to year-end audits, and data support, enabling the client to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, maintain a lean organizational structure and focus on business development and strategy.
